Delivering The Complete Fit-Out From Shell & Core

JTH Projects were appointed as Principal Contractor to deliver the complete fit-out of the Wimbledon Bridge House Sales & Marketing Suite on behalf of London Square. The project was taken from shell and core through to a fully completed, high-specification sales environment, showcasing the quality and design standards of the wider development.

Scope Of The Project

The scope of works included all first fix and second fix installations, mechanical and electrical services, bespoke joinery, drylining, decorations, flooring, feature lighting, finishes and final commissioning. Particular attention was given to the delivery of premium interior finishes throughout the sales suite and show apartment, creating a welcoming and sophisticated customer experience.

Working to a demanding programme, JTH Projects coordinated all trades, subcontractors and site logistics while maintaining strict quality control and health and safety standards throughout the build.
